Chocolate & Biscuit
Chocolate & Biscuit Production
The production process of chocolate and biscuits involves various stages, all of which utilize conveyor belts for efficient and streamlined operations.
1. Ingredient Preparation: The process begins with the preparation of ingredients. For chocolate, this includes cocoa beans, sugar, and milk. For biscuits, this includes flour, sugar, and butter. These ingredients are transported on conveyor belts to the mixing machines.
2. Mixing: The ingredients are mixed together to form a dough for biscuits, or a liquid mixture for chocolate. Conveyor belts transport these mixtures to the next stage.
3. Shaping: For biscuits, the dough is cut into shapes using moulds. For chocolate, the liquid mixture is poured into moulds. Conveyor belts move these moulds to the baking or cooling stage.
4. Baking/Cooling: Biscuits are baked in an oven, while chocolate is cooled to solidify. Conveyor belts are used to move these products through these processes in a controlled and timed manner.
5. Packaging: After baking or cooling, the products are packaged. Conveyor belts transport the biscuits or chocolates to the packaging area, where they are wrapped and boxed.
6. Quality Check & Dispatch: Finally, the packaged products are transported on conveyor belts to the quality check area. After passing the quality check, they are dispatched for distribution.
Throughout this process, conveyor belts are used to ensure a smooth, efficient, and controlled production flow. They allow for the continual movement of products from one stage to the next, reducing manual handling and increasing productivity.
